30-Day Return Window
You may return any LEXLION product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been damaged through misuse are not eligible.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@lexlion.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic US returns on defective items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
If you purchased through Amazon, returns and refunds are handled through Amazon's standard return process.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lifetime Warranty Claims
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. To make a warranty claim, email us with a description of the issue, photos, and your original order number or proof of purchase. We will assess each claim and respond within 24 business hours.
The warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage from drops or impacts, damage from misuse or negligence, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior arrangement
- Items clearly damaged through misuse or neglect
- Digital products or downloadable content
