Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Domestic Shipping (US)
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for US orders. Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout for orders over $59. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. LEXLION has no control over customs processes and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages until they are returned to our facility.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@lexlion.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
