2. Reasons for Returns & Resolutions

1. Product Damage (Due to Shipping)

  • Action: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution:
    • Full refund if damage is confirmed.
    • No need to return the item to avoid loss during reverse shipping.
  • Required: Photos or videos showing the damage.

2. Minor Issues (Cosmetic Flaws, Scratches)

  • Resolution:
    • Partial refund (typically 10%-20%) if the flaw is significant.
    • Minor scratches on product packaging are not eligible for refunds.
  • Required: Photo evidence.

3. Incorrect Item Received

  • Action: Report within 7 days.
  • Resolution:
    • Full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
    • In most cases, customers can keep the incorrect item without returning it.
    • We cover return shipping if the return is required.

4. Missing Parts

  • Action: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution:
    • Resend missing parts free of charge.
    • In cases of multiple missing parts, a replacement may be provided.

5. Product Not Meeting Expectations

  • If Due to a Product Defect or Performance Issue (e.g., leaking, poor insulation):

    • Full refund or replacement will be provided.
    • Customers can typically keep the defective item without needing to return it.
    • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo or video evidence.
  • If Based on Personal Preference (e.g., not liking the design or feel):

    • Partial refund (typically 10%-20%) or store credit may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
    • Full refunds are not provided unless there’s a clear discrepancy with the product description.
  • If Due to Late Delivery:

    • Partial refunds may apply depending on the length of the delay.

6. Change of Mind

  • Resolution:
    • No refund for change of mind.
    • Exception: In compliance with local consumer protection laws (e.g., EU’s 14-day cooling-off period), returns may be accepted. The customer covers return shipping costs in such cases.

    • Items damaged during shipping (when return is required).
  • Covered by Customer:

    • Change of mind (if return is accepted).
    • Returns due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided).

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Used or Damaged Returns: 50-70% of the original price.

  • Missing Accessories: Deductions based on the value of missing items.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returned items to cover handling and inspection costs (unless prohibited by law).


5. Late Delivery Policy

  • Partial Refunds: If your order is delivered later than the estimated timeframe, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of the delay.
  • Force Majeure Clause: LEXLION is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or customs issues.
