2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
- We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4. International Shipping
- Countries We Ship To: We currently ship to select countries. Please check during checkout if your country is eligible.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: LEXLION is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Data Protection for International Orders: For international orders, we comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR for EU customers.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: LEXLION is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure the shipping address provided is secure.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LEXLION is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local regulations.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
- Unforeseen Delays: If we are unable to ship your order within the specified time, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
